Features and Benefits All materials provided to create a gas forge, usually made from a recycled, professionally cleaned, and de-valved, or new, never used 45 kg LP Gas cylinder 4 x Industrial 1″ Burner, 65mm Diameter, 520mm long, ideal for a cylindrical forge, with internal dimensions of 300mm diameter and 1200mm length Elbow and pipe piece on end of burner keeps shut off valve away from heat safe and easy shut off 2 x 2m high pressure rated hose with a 3/8″ SAE female connection, with 2 x SAE tee and 4 x 300mm hoses to connect onto large burners 2 x Adjustable regulators outputs between 0-60 PSI, allowing for easy temperature and flow adjustment Available in both POL and LCC cylinder connections POL has an internal thread on the cylinder valve and is the common thread connection up until recently LCC has an external thread on the cylinder valve and is the new style connection that will be replacing the POL connection in a 10-year changeover All new cylinders, as well as any bottles being retested now come with the LCC connection as standard on the cylinder valve The existing POL valves on older bottles and burners can still be used, and the new LCC valves on cylinders are backwards compatible as they have the POL thread on the inside This Kit Includes: 2x Isowool 50 x 600 x 900 mm 2x Isowool 310 mm diameter rounds for forge ends 1x K-23 or K-26 Refractory Brick measuring 75 x 115 x 230 mm 13.2 kg of Duracast 2x Rigidiser for Isowool Material Safety Data Sheets 4 x Gas Forge Large Burner with Hose and Regulator 65mj/hr (260mj/hr total) Running a Four Large Burner Set on a 9kg cylinder of gas for an extended period of time will freeze the cylinder. It is recommended to run these on a larger cylinder of gas e.g. 45kg, or to connect a pair of 9kg cylinders with a Dual Cylinder Manifold Please Note: Rules and laws on gas forges vary from state to state and it is normally mandatory that your forge comply and be approved to your state authority’s requirements.
