Description U-Beaut EEE Ultra Shine is a cut and polish paste wax containing Tripoli powder (also known as Rotten Stone) which is an ultra fine abrasive. The polish is designed to be used as an ultra-fine finishing abrasive prior to finishing with Aussie Oil, Shellawax or White Shellac, or as a finish in its own right on plastics, resins and some stone. It can also be used by French Polishers after polishing and by restorers to cut & polish old polished surfaces. EEE – Ultra Shine has the unique ability of breaking down the grit size as you use it however instead of becoming blunt like most other abrasives it continues to cut which takes your finish to a higher and higher shine as you continue to work. EEE can be used by hand with a cloth, but for the best results, apply a thin coat of EEE to your knife handles or other small pieces, then buff firmly with one of our U-Beaut Swansdown Mops, or a loose-leaf buffing wheel. The higher grit abrasive paper you use before using EEE the better your finish will be. If you sand to 240 grit then use EEE it can give you a finish similar to sanding with around 2,000 grit sandpaper. If you sand to 1200 – 1500 grit and then use EEE you can achieve a finish similar to sanding with 20,000 grit or even higher, depending on the material you are working on and the length of time you are prepared to put into the application.
