PRC Mixed Light Hardwood (MLH) Plywood is a versatile and durable panel suitable for both internal and external applications. Manufactured to EN636-2S / EN314-2 standards, this Class 2 plywood is designed to perform in humid and moisture-prone environments while maintaining strength and stability. Featuring a light sanded surface, the board is easy to cut, paint and finish, making it ideal for a wide range of uses. Applications include treated exterior projects such as sheds, decking and fencing, as well as moisture-resistant interior uses including bathrooms, kitchens and boat interiors. It is also commonly used for site hoarding, ceilings in flats and multi-storey buildings. Plywood is constructed from multiple layers of veneered wood, known as plies, bonded together with durable adhesives. Each ply is laid at right angles to the adjacent layer, improving strength, reducing shrinkage and enhancing structural stability. The outer layers, known as the face and back, are graded for quality, while the inner layers form the core. FSC certification ensures the timber is responsibly sourced.
